1. Purpose and applicable documents

These Terms of use (CGU) govern access to the GK Power website and application operated by GKL Consulting. Rentals and payments are governed by the general rental terms (CGV); personal data by the privacy policy. The identity of GKL Consulting, of Kanape LLC and of the host OVH appears in the legal notice.

2. Access and tracking

Users can view the offers and track their rental using the link provided to them. The tracking link is personal: protect it and avoid publishing it. In case of accidental sharing or suspicious access, contact support. Access to a link gives no right to change the recipient of a refund.

Users bear their usual connection costs. The prices of rentals and passes are those shown before purchase. The functions require a connection and may be temporarily unavailable, in particular during maintenance or an incident. Unavailability does not remove the rights attached to a payment or a deposit.

3. Permitted and prohibited uses

Use the site to view the offers, place an order, track a rental and contact support. It is prohibited to access a third party’s data without authorisation, to circumvent security measures, to falsify a payment or a return, to disrupt a station or to collect other people’s data. Agents and administrators use their accounts only within the scope of their authorisation; they protect their access and log out of shared devices.

GKL Consulting may restrict access in the event of a security risk or established abusive use, to the extent necessary and proportionate. Such a measure entails neither automatic forfeiture of a deposit nor the extinction of a legitimate complaint.

4. Information and operation

The pricing information of the accepted order governs the rental. Stock or status indications may change. Report any inconsistency to support. Alerts or SMS messages supplement tracking; their absence changes neither the contract nor the rights to a refund. The safety and return instructions set out in the CGV must be observed.

5. Production environment

This service processes real payments: no test environment (sandbox) is used in production. Any transaction initiated from this interface results in a real debit or an attempted real debit.

6. Ownership, data and remedies

Content and software are protected according to the rights of their holders; only uses permitted by law and necessary to access the service are authorised. Data and technical storage are described in the privacy policy and the Cookies page. Complaints: telephone +243 818 080 030, email GKPOWER@gklgroupholdings.com. Governing law: DRC; remedies before the competent authorities and courts according to the applicable rules. These CGU do not reduce the customer’s mandatory rights.
